Building and stabilizing a SaaS platform for industry workflows with ASP.NET, front-end tooling, and the occasional "why is email haunted?" support mission.
Set up servers, connected devices, and documented client configurations so local networks could behave like professional adults.
Kept classroom tech, records, and support workflows moving for students, instructors, and staff. Calm under pressure; mostly because panic is expensive.
Managed and maintained a WordPress blog, learned how content, design, and tiny broken layouts all conspire to teach web development.
